Our approach to payment and privacy.
 We will make every effort to provide the finest surgical care at a fair and reasonable cost. Please spend a moment reviewing our policies regarding payment for services and your rights to privacy as a patient.
Financial Policy
Payment is due at the time service is rendered unless other arrangements have been made in advance with our office. Most surgeries will require a deposit prior to your surgical appointment, unless a predetermination can be obtained to estimate your portion of the cost for the procedures being performed. Corrective jaw surgery and dental implants are exceptions.
As a courtesy, we are happy to submit claims to your insurance company for the services we provide you. However, please remember you are fully responsible for all fees charged by this office regardless of your insurance coverage.
If there is a balance after your insurance company has processed your claim, a statement will be sent to you. Your prompt remittance is appreciated.
Payment Options
For your convenience we accept cash, personal checks and most major credit cards, including Visa, Mastercard, Discover, and American Express.
In addition, financing options are available through Care Credit.
