Your office is a very inviting space and you have a very caring and professional staff. All of the surgical staff was also so kind, and helpful and professional. While I was not looking forward to the procedure, I was delighted with the outcome: no pain, mild discomfort and a tremendous bruise (but that is my nature). This is, however, only day 2! Also Dr. Scheetz has been very fair about my treatment both financially and emotionally. He is a wonderful physician in every way. It is certainly a practice you can all be proud to be associated with. I would not hesitate to recommend the practice to anyone. Please feel free to use my name as a referral.

There is nothing I could suggest to improve the treatment I received from your staff. From the first time I called to speak with receptionist until the time I was helped to the car after the procedure, I was made comfortable and put at ease. I was apprehensive about the fact that I needed the extraction, but after my consultation with Dr. Ellis, I was convinced that I had come to the best place for this. Please tell Dr. Ellis that, thanks to his excellent work, I had only a little discomfort that afternoon and practically no bleeding. I never had any swelling or bruising. It is such a pleasure, in these days of people often doing the very least to get by, that your group goes to great ends to do the most to make the patient feel "special".

Your office staff is exceptional. Everyone I have met has been friendly and courteous, going out of their way to exceed my expectations. Your "office staff" always looks amazingly professional. Not only do they treat your clients well; they also treat each other in the same manner, based on the very few minutes I’ve ever waited, its obvious to me that your front office staff works well together as a team. The "Dental Staff" has also been very kind and gracious- always willing to answer my questions. They somehow manage to balance being professional with being warm and friendly- which is no easy task. I can’t imagine any dental staff could do more to make a patient feel safe and secure in a surgical setting. How is such great customer service such an obvious success in your office? I’ve got to think it’s because you have an office full on fine folks who enjoy their jobs. More importantly, its obvious they understand the "customer service" goals of your practice - and each of them do as they can, (both individually and as a team). To exceed the expectations of your practice and your patients! All this doesn’t happen without great leadership.
