Dr. Greg Rekos is a native of Morgantown, West Virgina.  Greg attended East Carolina University studying bilogy and received early admission to dental school at West Virginia University (DDS 2005).  Greg graduated at the top of his class, and in the process received awards from both the American Association of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeons and The American Society for Geriatric Dentistry.  He went on to complete a teaching fellowship at The Ohio State University School of Dentistry, instructing future dentists on complex oral surgical procedures.  Greg also completed a four year surgical residency in Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery at The Ohio State University, earning his masters degree.  During this time, he was privileged to be appointed as a registrar at St. James Hospital, Dublin, Ireland.

Greg practices the full scope of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery including dental implant placement, third molar removal, extraction of teeth, other dentoalveolar surgery and pre-prosthetic surgery.  Additionally he performs orthognathic surgery, manages facial fractures, oral pathology and jaw reconstruction.

Greg is a member of the American Association of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeons, Academy of Osseointegration and The American Dental Association.  He will be privileged to be affiliated with Grant Medical Center and Dublin Methodist Hospital.

Married to Dr. Jenn Rekos, who practices dentistry in Columbus, Greg spends his free time snow skiing, playing soccer and cheering on the Buckeyes!
